I'm hoping to take 6 films across western Europe. In October and November 2010
The FILMS are a collection of short films made over the last 3 years mainly by me but also very often in close collaboration with friends and people i know who are involved in music, art and other stuff. They are not really fiction or documentary but more a mix of the two, like making stories from un-staged occurrences or staging things and then highlighting the production aspects. The FILMS are made using a mixture of photo-cameras and camcorders usually depending on the location and whether they were intentional or not. In this tour they are filmed in Hackney, where i live in London, a village called Serigo in Italy where my friend comes from, and on a holiday in Indonesia.
For The moribund FILM Tour there is going to be live performance/music* in some of the FILMS
AND IMPORTANTLY (when necessary) WILL BE TRANSLATED INTO 5 DIFFERENT LANGUAGES (originally 4 different languages) German, Spanish, Portuguese and French!

All live performance by Tim Tim Timbirtwistle of Dick Van Timbirtwistle fame. Together the 6 FILMS create a recorded/live show that can exist as ONE SHOW (lasting aprx. 45min) or fit into an existing night of music, other films, performance, dancing, drinking, praying, most things...
